MammothMC Meets the 4th Thursday of the Month
So, if you are in town plan to stop by and meet the crew. Usually we'll convene at a local happy hour but once in a while it will be at a garage in the industrial park. Meetings start promptly at 5 p.m. and last 1-2 hours. Some winter months are skipped.
July 23, 2011 - Tour of Mammoth Challenge (Mammoth M/C hosted)
Meet Saturday, July 23, for some undisclosed riding fun - will it be two track, quad track, pavement, or county roads? Only time will tell. Bring gas and lunch money. Stage at Shady Rest Park behind softball field #3, 9 a.m. Possible USFS LEO bike checks at 8:45 a.m., sharp. Dual sports frowned upon.
UPDATE (7/29/11) - Another GREAT Ride! Mammoth MC would like to THANK everyone for making it out to this new event. We had 5 riders total, and we hit up all the GREAT singletrack in the Mammoth and June Lake area! Some great single-track out by Mono Lake As well! You can read all about our route HERE. August 4-7, 2011 - 7th annual WMRS ride at Brown's Town
![]() This is an official non-event sponsored by no one. But, Mammoth M/C members have been known to attend. Camping is fantastic and so are the local rides: Glass Mountain Traverse and Wheeler Crest! On the last day ride up to the White Mountain Research Station as only then is it open to the public and motorcycle friendly. August 5-7, 2011 Crawdaddy beer and blues ride - Although not necessarily in that order, we like crawdaddies and scoop them out of June, Gull, and Grant (sorry Silver you've gotten too hoi polloi) every year. Meet Saturday, August 13 with representives of Friends of the Inyo (FOI) and Mammoth Lakes Trails and Public Access (MLTPA) for some old-fashioned non motorized trail work. Heard that breakfast and lunch will be provided so dress hungry. USFS may be there to probe tail pipes and catlytic converters.
September 2-5, 2011 - Labor Day weekend at June Lake campground with San Diego riders and locals.
Fantastic camping and riding planned by the San Diego dirt-bike meet up group and Mammoth M/C's own Joe Parino. Plenty of activities for the whole family and riding.

September 24-25, 2011 June Lake to Hawthorne NV

![]() Depart Saturday with an overnight at the El Cap casino in dirt-bike friendly Hawthorne NV. Hotel reservations, gas, food, drink, etc. are on your own, please be prepared for 100 miles of Mono Lake whiskey and silty silt. (and sand)

November 19, 2011 - Mammoth M/C Open House

5:00 p.m. show up and partake in beer and soda pop while reviewing past mistakes and future plans.
Secretive location TBA. This will be a pot-luck. (not lucky pot)
If your last name begins with: A- H bring a main course I- R bring side dish S-Z bring a dessert (not a desert) Our bring what ever you feel like! Beer and soda on the club. The St. Moritz Condos are located @ 2252 Meridian Boulevard, Mammoth Lakes. November 25-26, 2011 - LA - Barstow 2 Vegas (honorable mention)
Okay, this isn't officially a Mammoth ride, doesn't even come close to our area except once in a while through Ridgecrest. Mammoth M/C members are frequently seen in attendance. We suggest giving it a shot at least once, funds permitting.
