Glass Creek Dualsport Loop (advanced 106 miles)

This is an advanced Dual Sport ride.  If you're not comfortable with  DEEP sand, tight singletrack, sketchy side hills, rock gardens, freeways. hillclimbs, and more endless deep sand, then this isn't the ride for you...   I would even consider some sections of trail to be  "extremely difficult."  So no beginner riders please.  If you lack "the skills," and attempt this ride anyway,  please note that Mammoth M/C will not be held liable for your poor decisions.   Also, don't take your sweet 4x4's, side-by-sides, quad, etc on this ride...  Motorcycle only.

This ride takes you far from MacDonalds, so bring a friend, bring some water,  and never ride without a spare tube and tools to fix things.  Riding 40 miles on a flat tire doesn't make you a good rider, just an unprepared one...

So go prepared.

Start at Glass Creek Campground  and go South towards Mammoth on the West side of Hwy 395.  It's best to do this loop in a counter clockwise direction (heading towards Mammoth/Crowley/Tom's first).  Along the way, you'll visit places like: Inyo Craters, Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth Creek, Convict Creek, Long Valley, Crowley lake, Toms Place,  Sunny Slopes, Glass Mtns., Crooked Creek, Pilot Spring, etc!
